KB Homes has not completed the work that needed to be done on my home and has still not completed the issues. I closed on my home last month on the 29th and 90% of the issues have not been resolved due to either laziness or blatant disregard for other people money and time. Kb homes refuses to fix ongoing issues and their warranty guy Mark F is a liar. We have a sewer gas leak and he came to the house to smell it, he smelled it, sent out General Plumbing. Their tech fills drain line with water, puts a camera in the drain line and air bubbles appear indicating a water leak.

They verbally sell a good product, but they build a terrible home with cheap materials. During a walk through the doorframe had drips of pain and I was told that big drips like that always happen when you paint by hand and that is just the way it is. My closet doors have about a 2 inch gap from the floor and I was told that was because I upgraded to a 9 foot ceiling...
